European Union receives Nobel Peace Prize in Norway

   The much-discussed prize was officially given to representatives of the EU at a ceremony held in Oslo today. During the ceremony, Jose Manuel Barroso, Herman Van Rompuy and Martin Schulz have pledged to «stand by the euro» in these troubled times.
